Country Casa Signature Roasts are small-batch coffees roasted in-house in our Ohio workshop using carefully sourced beans from Colombia. This collection represents the beginning of our own handcrafted coffee program, starting with coffees from the Risaralda region and expanding into the Sierra Nevada mountains near Santa Marta, Colombia.
