About Katy

Katy Rojano Hugueth was born and raised in Santa Marta, Colombia, where coffee is part of everyday life and community. She has spent years working in sales and leadership, building relationships and helping others succeed - but her roots have always remained close to home. Through Katy, Country Casa has a direct connection to the coffee-growing regions of Colombia. She stays connected with the local communities and has spent time on farms in places like Minca in the Sierra Nevada mountains, meeting with farmers and seeing firsthand the work behind every harvest. Her role in Country Casa is more than support - she is the bridge between the people who grow the coffee and the people who enjoy it.

Giving Back

Country Casa was created with the belief that success should be shared. A portion of our proceeds supports youth and family-focused charitable organizations on the local, statewide and international level. These partnerships rotate monthly and reflect our commitment to protecting, strengthening, and investing in future generations. Strong communities don't happen by accident. They're built - intentionally.

About Country Casa

Our Story

Country Casa Coffee Company was built on respect for honest work.

Not just the work it takes to roast a good cup of coffee — but the work it takes to grow it, harvest it, process it, ship it, and earn a living the right way. The kind of work that starts early, ends late, and doesn’t always get the credit it deserves.

Our connection to Colombia isn’t a marketing angle — it’s personal. Family ties and firsthand experience in Colombia shaped our belief that the people behind the product matter just as much as the product itself. Coffee doesn’t begin at the roaster. It begins with farmers, families, and communities who depend on the land and their labor.

That’s why we focus on single-origin Colombian coffee. No blending away the source. No shortcuts. Just coffee with a clear story and a clear conscience.

What we believe:

Work deserves respect

Quality should be honest, not complicated

People should know where their coffee comes from

Business should give back, not just take

We aren’t chasing trends or trying to impress coffee snobs. We’re here for the people who keep things running — farmers, tradesmen, factory workers, drivers, service workers, and families who value reliability, responsibility, and doing things right.

Why Colombia

Colombia has a long tradition of coffee farming built on skill, pride, and generational knowledge. It’s a place where coffee is more than a product — it’s a livelihood.

Our relationship with Colombia is rooted in family and community, and that connection drives our commitment to ethical sourcing and honest storytelling. When you drink Country Casa coffee, you’re connected to the people behind it — not just the label.
