Grown at elevations of approximately 1,650–1,750 meters in rich volcanic soil, this 100% Arabica Castillo coffee develops a distinctive combination of sweetness, aroma, and rich Colombian character.

La Betulia Reserve welcomes you with the inviting aroma of sweet panela, Colombia's traditional unrefined cane sugar, complemented by rich chocolate notes and a pleasantly sweet finish.

Carefully washed and dried after harvesting, these beans are brought to Country Casa Coffee Company, where we air-roast them in small batches to bring out their natural character.
